Swedfund is Sweden’s development finance institution, with a mission of reducing poverty through sustainable investments in developing countries. By investing in initiatives that create jobs, strengthen local economies and support the green transition, Swedfund contributes to both sustainable economic growth and development impact.
The newly published annual and sustainability report is the second produced by Solberg in collaboration with Swedfund. Solberg was responsible for the concept and production, as well as the structure of the online version.
This year’s concept, Sustainable returns, captures the essence of Swedfund’s mission – to create long-term, sustainable outcomes for both people and societies. The concept emphasises that value is measured through a holistic perspective encompassing societal development, sustainability and financial viability.
The report was developed based on a clear, value-enhancing concept, both communicatively and visually. Image and film material from project visits were integrated to create a cohesive experience across all report formats. Solberg also developed conceptual graphics that were adapted and animated for digital presentation.
Result
The result is a report that clearly and transparently illustrates the societal impact Swedfund contributes in the global fight against poverty.
