Better together in employer branding campaign

... through films and articles that increased traffic to the career site.

COWI is a leading Nordic consulting company that creates added value for customers and society through its activities in technology, economics and environmental science. With 6,700 employees, it runs more than 10,000 projects simultaneously and therefore contributes to sustainable communities worldwide.

In 2021, COWI launched an employer branding campaign, ‘Better together’, to highlight good partnerships and so reflect the company's positive culture and exciting projects.

In the first part of the campaign, seven stories were published in film, image and text about colleagues who make each other better. Through organic dissemination and sponsored posts, COWI managed to convey the campaign messages through networks, social media and traditional media. The campaign will continue in 2022, but the first stories can be found on COWI's website. Solberg has been responsible for copy, film production and photography.

The goal was to strengthen the brand internally and externally, and drive traffic to the company's career pages on the web. The result was increased internal pride, more traffic to the web and greater interest in COWI as an employer.
